As part of Maxxam's Employee Services team, I work as a brokerage advisor - assessing your company's needs and shopping the market across all major insurance carriers to find the plan that's the right fit, rather than pushing a single provider's product.
Once a plan is in place, I stay involved: managing enrollments and updates, running employee education sessions so your team actually understands their coverage, and keeping a close eye on usage so surprises don't show up at renewal.
I also work closely with Maxxam's Injury Management program, helping employers navigate WorkSafe claims, Stay-at-Work and Return-to-Work coordination, and modified-duty planning - so an employee illness or injury doesn't derail your team.
